Add Business Profile

The Add Business Profile feature allows you to create and manage a dedicated profile for your business. Present Add Business Profile have 2 main point of Small Business/Home Business and Rigistered Company.

1. Small Business/Home Business

Small/Home business such as home-based businesses. This does not require submission of company supporting documents, but might limit some functionality of Bill24 Portal. User can add Small Bucines click on button Next.

1 Company Information:

1.1 Business Name: Requires the name of the business.

1.2 Main Business Activity: Asks for the size of the company, likely to categorize it for internal purposes.

1.3 Company Website: Provides a field to enter the business's website URL.

2 Owner Information:

2.1 Family name: Requires Enter your last name owner.

2.2 Name: Requires Enter your first name owner.

2.3 Nationality: Asks for the owner's nationality.

2.4 Gender: Requires the owner's gender.

2.5 Date of Birth: Asks for the owner's date of birth.

2.6 Phone Numbers: Provides fields for both a mobile phone number and a fixed-line phone number.

2.7 Email: Requires the owner's email address.

2.8 ID or Passport: Asks for the ID number or passport number of the owner.

2.9 Issue Date and Expiration Date: Requires the issue date and expiration date of the ID or passport.

2.10 Province/City and District: Asks for the owner's address, including province, city, and district.

3 Attachments:

3.1 Photo: Allows the user to upload a photo of the owner.

3.2 ID Card or Passport: Allows the user to upload a copy of their ID card or passport.

2. Registered Company

A Business with official business registration documents such as Certificate of Incorporation, Patent. User can add Register Business click on button Next.

1 Business Information:

1.1 Company Name (English & Khmer): The legal name of the company in both English and Khmer (if applicable).

1.2 Main Business Activity: Specifies the primary nature or sector of the business.

1.3 MoC & TIN:

- MoC: Ministry of Commerce registration number, required for certain businesses.

- TIN: Taxpayer Identification Number, a crucial number for business taxation.

1.4 Province/City & District: Indicates the location of the business.

1.5 Address: The physical address of the business headquarters.

1.6 Contact Information:

- Phone: Business contact number.

- Company Email & Website: Optional fields for company email and website URLs.

2 Owner Information:

2.1 Family name: Requires Enter your last name owner.

2.2 Name: Requires Enter your first name owner.

2.3 Nationality: The nationality of the owner (Cambodian is selected here).

2.4 Gender: Gender of the business owner.

2.5 Date of Birth: The date of birth of the business owner.

2.6 Owner’s Contact Information:

- Phone: Personal contact number of the business owner.

- Mobile Phone: Alternative phone number.

- Email: Optional field for owner’s personal email.

2.7 ID or Passport: Information about the identification or passport used:

- Issue Date & Expiry Date: Dates for the ID or passport.

- Province/City & District: The owner’s residential information.

- Address: The physical address of the owner.

3 Attachments:

The setup requires the upload of various documents:

3.1 Photo: A photo of the owner.

3.2 ID Card or Passport: A scanned copy of the owner’s ID or passport.

3.3 Certificate of Incorporation: Proof of business registration.

3.4 Patent Certificate: (Optional) Any relevant patent information for the business.

4 Action Buttons:

- Back: To return to the previous screen.

- Save: To save the information and complete the business profile setup.
