The following steps describe the process of booking a meeting room, from selecting a room to confirming the booking.Step 1: Select Room and Time#
1 Choose a meeting room from the available room list.2 Click on an available empty time slot in the schedule.Step 2: Enter Booking Details#
3 The booking form opens automatically after selecting a time slot.4 Fill in the required information such as meeting title, time, and meeting type. 5 Click Create Booking to submit the booking request.Step 3: Booking confirmed#
6 A confirmation message is displayed after successful submission.Cancel a booking#
The following steps describe how to cancel a meeting room after it has been booked.Step 1: Select the Meeting to Cancel#
Click the time slot of the meeting you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel button in the meeting details.
Step 3: Confirm Cancellation#
Click Yes to confirm the cancellation of the meeting room.
