Getting Started

GoodVibes POS is an all-in-one system that helps you manage your business in one place. From taking orders and accepting payments to managing products, inventory, customers, and sales, everything is connected in one system.

It helps save time, reduce manual work, and keep daily business operations organized without relying on paper orders, spreadsheets, or separate tools.

1. Overview

You'll use GoodVibes POS every day, in different ways depending on your role:

Front of house staff use it to take orders.

Kitchen staff use it to see tickets on the Kitchen Display.

Cashiers use it to take payments and manage the cash drawer.

Managers use it for the menu, stock, and reports.

Owners use it to check the dashboard and see what's selling.

Exactly which roles you see depends on your business type. A retail shop may just use Cashier and Admin, while a restaurant typically uses Server, Kitchen, and Manager as well.

1.1 What's inside

The system is organized into a few main areas. Not everyone sees every area — what you see depends on your business type and your role:

Sales & Orders: taking orders, accepting payment, refunds, and split checks.

Catalog: your categories, products, options, and Unit of Measure.

Customers: your customer list, loyalty program, and gift cards.

Inventory: stock levels, stock adjustments, purchase orders, and stock counts.

Marketing: Collect customer feedback via online orders.

Operations: tables and floor plan, Kitchen Display, self-order kiosk.

Reporting: daily sales, best-selling items, and custom reports.

Settings: business details, locations, team, and all one time setup .

2. Log In

You don't have a separate GoodVibes password. You sign in with the same email/password (or Google account) your business already uses with Bill24 Business Portal.

Enter your details

Enter your email (or phone) and password, then click Sign in.

You're in

You’ll be directed to your Bill24 Business Portal Dashboard. Click on GoodVibes POS to get started.

Built around your business type

When your shop signed up, it picked a business type including: Restaurant, Cafe, Bar, Retail, Service, Beauty Salon or Other. This decides which features you see.

3. Create Organization

Create an organization to set up your business workspace and manage your members by their permission role — assign each person the role that matches their work. This happens on the Bill24 Business Portal, before you ever open GoodVibes POS itself.

Before you start, make sure you:

Are signed in to the Bill24 Business Portal.

Have your organization's name ready (in Khmer and English).

Have your business phone number, email, and (optionally) a logo ready.

Click the + button

On your Dashboard, next to All Organizations, click the + button.

Choose Company Organization

A menu opens with two options. Click Company Organization (for teams & businesses) — not Personal Organization, which is for individual use only.

Fill in General Info

Enter your Name, Name English, Phone Number, and Email — these are required. Optionally add a Short Name, Secondary Phone Number, Website, and a Logo.

Fill in Business Info

(Optional) Add Size, Industry, Region, VAT TIN Number, and Address.

Add attachments

(Optional) Upload any supporting documents.

Create the organization

Click Create Organization.

Important: Name and Name English cannot be changed after the organization is created. Double check both before clicking Create Organization.

4. Setup Business Profile

Your Business Profile is the top-level record for your business — name, address, timezone, currency, business type, and logo. Receipts, public pages, and the Top Bar all pull from here.

Open Business Profile

Go to Settings → Business Profile.

Fill in your details

Work through the sections top to bottom: Identity (name, legal name, type), Address & contact, Locale & currency (time zone, language, currency, country), Branding (logo, VAT number), and Behavior (inventory tracking and a few advanced switches).

Save Changes

Click Save Changes. Your details update everywhere — receipts, public pages, and the Top Bar — within a couple of minutes, with no need to sign out.

5. Switching Workspaces

A Workspace is one business inside GoodVibes POS. If you belong to more than one (say: you run two cafés, or consult for several clients), you can jump between them without signing out.

Click your avatar (your initials, top-right corner) to open your Account menu. It has five groups, top to bottom:

Profile header: your name, email, and current role.

Switch Role: if you have more than one role (e.g. Cashier + Server + Stock Manager), this lets you view the product as that role; permissions change accordingly.

Switch Workspace: every Workspace you belong to. The currently active one is checked.

My Settings: date & time format, display density, navigation position (Sidebar or Top Bar), and how product images are shown.

Sign Out: Logs you out of GoodVibes POS.
