Reporting

The Reporting menu helps you understand your business performance using your sales, payment, product, employee, customer, and inventory data.
It has two main sections:
Reporting: View ready-made reports for sales and business performance.
Analysis: Create custom reports based on the information you need.

1. Overview#

The Reporting page gives you a quick view of your business performance.
You can view: Today Net Revenue, Yesterday, This Week, This Month and Revenue Trend.

You can also view detailed reports by:
Daily Sales: View sales performance by day, including orders, gross sales, tax, discounts, refunds, and net revenue.
By Item: See sales performance for each product, including quantity sold, sales amount, and revenue.
By Payment: See sales grouped by payment method, such as cash, card, or QR payment.
By Employee: View sales and transaction activity handled by each employee.
By Tax: View the tax collected from sales, grouped by tax type.
By Discount: See discounts given to customers, including discount amounts and related sales.
By Customer: View customer purchase activity, including orders, spending, and sales generated by each customer.

1.1 Analysis Reports#

Click Analysis to access four additional reports:
Sales Analysis: View sales and orders by different categories, dates, or other details.
Inventory Movement: Track stock coming in and going out.
Payment Analysis: View payment methods, tips, and refunds.
Order Channel: Compare orders from POS, online, kiosk, and QR Code.

Click any report to open and view its details.

1.2 Inventory Value#

Click Inventory Value to view the value of your current stock:
Inventory Value: Total cost of your current stock.
Retail Value: Total value of your stock based on selling prices.
Tracked Items: Total number of items included in inventory tracking.
Avg Margin: Average profit margin of your inventory.

The table below shows each item's stock quantity, cost, inventory value, selling price, and margin.

1.3 By Location#

Click By Location to compare the performance of your different shops or branches:
Net Revenue: Total revenue from all locations.
Orders: Total number of orders from all locations.
Top Location: Your best-performing location.

A bar chart compares sales between locations. The table below shows each location's orders, sales, discounts, refunds, average order, and top-selling item.
