1. User
The User feature is crucial for businesses that need to manage access, roles, and responsibilities individuals within the company. It offers a clear and organized view of all registered users associated with a specific business entity, providing essential details like role, contact information and status.
1.1. Search
Search function in the Bill24 system. Allows users to quickly and efficiently locate transaction records or specific information on what they are looking for.

A button to invite new users to join the platform. User can invite user click on Invite User

A button to export the list of users or other data to a file format like Excel. User can export click on Export

Setting allow users to customize the transaction view by adding or removing columns. Available columns include User

The Show Record function allows users to control the number of records displayed per page in various views within the Bill24 system. This feature provides flexibility in data visualization, enabling users to adjust the number of entries shown according to their preference simply click on their Show Record

2. Activity Log
This feature provides a comprehensive view of user profiles and relevant company information. You can access and manage details related to deletions, modifications, and other pertinent data and you can also download all the information as an Excel
file.
The Activity Log provides a record of user activities on the platform. Each entry is structured with the following columns:

Username: Shows the user who performed the action.

Created Date: Displays the date and time when the action was taken.

Action: Describes the type of activity (e.g., "Add", "Delete", etc.).

Transaction: Summarizes what was done, such as sharing a link or modifying a file.

Old Value/New Value: (if applicable) These fields log any changes made, showing what was modified and what the values were before and after the change.

Filter date users can filter Invoice by the date: Custom Date Range Specify a specific start and end date, Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last 6 Months, This Year or Last Year etc.
